Peter Fournier, Founder

For more than 25 years Peter has helped Fortune 1000, start-up and fast growth companies successfully overcome challenges created
by merger/acquisition, market driven restructuring, loss of key staff and individual development needs.  Strong business acumen and

Peter has designed and delivered more than 250 learning experiences in corporations and for numerous professional organizations.
He has motivated and coached 100’s of professionals to help improve their personal performance.

results. This rigorous process emphasizes assessment, realistic goal setting, unambiguous feedback,

Before focusing on small business development and improving individual performance, Peter held leadership roles in Fortune 1000
Companies. Notably, he was Chief People Officer at Loews Cineplex Entertainment where he designed and implemented a Human
Resource Strategy which helped drive the company’s evolution from “low service provider” into a position of industry leadership.

He holds a BS in psychology from SUNY.
